Only an email address and password are required to create an account.

When will GamerFinger be in stock, etc.?

This is the most frequently asked question among the inquiries.
The availability of GamerFinger is still very erratic at the moment.

Also, we do not know the time of arrival, the number of items, or the colors until right before the order arrives.
Therefore, we can only answer "unknown" to any questions we receive.

Is it possible to incorporate additional products into a pre-assembled FIGHTSTICK that are not available as options?

When purchasing a [assembled] product, if you separately purchase custom parts that are not included in the bundle set at the same time, you can incorporate them into the FIGHTSTICK or STICKLESS you have purchased.

Why are there quantity limits on some products?

As a specialty store for arcade games and fighting game enthusiasts, our goal is to supply products to as many people as possible.
Unfortunately, however, there are some domestic and foreign resellers and individuals who try to purchase single specific products in unusual quantities.

International Shipping

Available delivery areas

DHL and all areas handled by international mail are available.
The following areas are not available for delivery due to political reasons.
